Delivery Details
Packaging
All our products are vacuum packaged to seal in the goodness of the meat. Your meat has already been aged and conditioned so its ready to eat, can be stored in the fridge for up to 10 days at which stage should be frozen.
All orders will be delivered in 20 litre polystyrene bins.
Delivery
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your organic meat once confirmation of your order has taken place.
Couriers will keep your chilled or frozen right up to your door.
If you have a rural address your product will be delivered to your rural postal address Monday to Friday.
International delivery is unavailable.
Chilled or Frozen
If we cannot supply chilled product we may have the frozen equivalent in freezer storage.
The frozen vacuum packed products retain all the flavour and goodness of the chilled products when it has thawed.
Freight
Our couriers must sign a chain of contract guaranteeing that our organic products will be kept separate from non-organic products, during delivery to your door.
Product Availability
If the product you order is unavailable we will contact you and advise on future availability or other purchasxe options.
We will only grow Avalon Organic as fast as we can sell all the meat cuts, not just the prime ‘supreme tender’ cuts.

Guarantee
We guarantee every Avalon Organic product that we sell. If the product you receive does not meet your satisfaction please contacts us directly and we will refund in full your purchase or send a replacement.
